The Jadhav case before India and Pakistan at the International Court of Justice started with the Indian application in 2017 - and culminated in the final decision of the court on 17 July 2019. I wrote about the history, basic issues in the case, and my prediction of how the court would rule, for Opinio Juris and The Leaflet, before the verdict.
