The Gambia v Myanmar at the International Court of Justice: Provisional Measures

The Gambia filed an application at the International Court of Justice on 11 November 2019, asking inter alia, for an order of provisional measures. The ICJ held three days of hearings in December 2019, and issued its order on 23 January 2020. I followed the arguments at the hearings, and wrote about the three days, as well as the final decision:
