The Republic of The Gambia v Facebook, Inc.: Domestic Proceedings, International Implications

The Gambia commenced proceedings in a US Federal court to compel the release of information and documentation held by Facebook, for proceedings before the International Court of Justice. A fortnight ago, Facebook filed its opposition to this motion. A breakdown of what this means:
