TheGambia v Myanmar - preliminary objections judgment due next Friday, 22 July at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Ukraine v Russia - memorial submitted by Ukraine on 1 July. It felt like an appropriate time to look at both cases before the International Court of Justice, based on the Genocide Convention.
